We supported modernization strategy, executive governance, procurement accountability, risk, and readiness for a program serving 76,000 end users across an estimated 200+ agencies. NextGen replaces PeopleSoft / TeamWorks with a cloud platform for HCM, finance, and procurement.

We supported investment, governance, and implementation readiness for the Unified ERP program, which serves approximately 100,000 users across all 25 USG institutions. The shared Workday platform brings HR and finance into common administrative processes and reporting.
Unemployment Insurance Modernization
We supported leadership oversight of unemployment insurance modernization across claims, payments, wage reporting, and appeals. GDOL reported 19,657 initial claims in June 2025 and a network of 34 career centers in 2025. That service footprint illustrates the operational environment the new claimant and employer services must support.
Educator Certification And Ethics Modernization
We support the State of Georgia and Georgia Technology Authority on GaPSC’s certification and ethics modernization. GaPSC completed 60,522 certification cases and 1,035 ethics cases in the first half of 2025. The unified SaaS platform is designed to simplify this service workload through automation and coordinated case management.
